These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Khoj (https://khoj.pro), operated by Vatsal Goel Enterprises, a sole proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using Khoj, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Khoj is a daily geography game. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Some features are free and others require a paid subscription.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.

Subscriptions, billing & renewals

• Khoj offers paid plans (Khoj Plus and Khoj Pro) as recurring digital subscriptions billed monthly or annually.
• Payments and recurring mandates are processed by our payment partner, Paytm, using UPI Autopay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges for your chosen plan and billing period until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled beforehand.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices with prior notice effective from your next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the game, its scoring, or other users' experience.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Khoj name, content, design, and software are owned by Vatsal Goel Enterprises or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Map imagery is provided by third parties and remains their property. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that gameplay data will always be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vatsal Goel Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
